This one is so powerful to me, and for me. There was a time when these would have been just nice words to me. You know... faith truths, which I do believe in. But I thought we were just observers or minions, of sorts. Why did I believe that? The more I learned, the more I realized it was never meant to be abstract or "fluffy" faith, like wishing on a star. It's MOVING MOUNTAINS faith! Faith in God. Faith in ME. Faith in the fact that I was plopped down on planet earth in exactly the time and place I was meant to be, to do extraordinary things. We are meant to PARTICIPATE. We are meant to TAKE IT, because it's already ours. There is no "us" and "them". There is enough for everyone. And the more we take, the more it renews. And just to be clear, I'm not talking about selfishness or gluttony here. I'm talking about doing our part. Taking what we need and what we want for our journey. I think of it like a nursing child. The more a baby suckles, the more milk is produced. That's life as well! The more we live, the more we participate, the more there is to experience and to receive. It is only when we sit back and waste that the storehouse dries up. And the more we share, the more abundant what we already have grows.
I have seen this with my own eyes. I have experienced it time and again. I have to remind myself over and over again to move those mountains. I believe first, and find a way after. The more I have practiced this, the more it has naturally become a part of the fiber of my being. It is a great thing to know how tiny we are in this universe. It is also a great thing to know we are one with that vast universe, and the only limitations from here to the mountains, to the stars... is within us. I'm begging you to believe. Believe BIG. Then begin that journey with one step, one book, one declaration. Believe.
